Welcome to Trigram Healing. We provide many free high quality hypnosis, guided meditations and remote healings videos and mp3s, as well as practical information about health. Trigram Healing is also a direct lineage decendent of an ancient healing practice, that is said to originate from the Indian Subcontinent, then from there to China.  If you have any questions, or requests please do not hesitate to ask by commenting in the comment box.
