Trigram Healing versus Reiki
When I try to explain the energtic part of the Trigram Healing methods to others, I generally have to mention the word reiki, because reiki is about chanelling "heaven" energy into others, and its such a well known and common energy healing school. Trigram healing is simply put, a more powerful, ancient school of healing, yet it does work with something we could call "heaven" energy. Its just a more potent cocktail of energy. Not all energies are the same, though we tend to lump "energy" and call it under the same name, qi, prana, kundalini etc.
There are some very good and competent reiki practitioners out there, but there are many more mediocre ones. The explosion of popularity and ease of transfer has had both positive and negative effects of the school of reiki. Trigram school is virtually unknown, and not so easily transferred, not even found on the internet. Even if you could read Chinese well, and knew how to search, you would have a better chance of it finding you before you found it. Certainly in the future, we can change this, and make the Trigram system more widely known.
Reiki has been made into a system thats easy to understand for our Western minds, and thats wonderful that one can get some level 1 or level 2 something or certificate, etc. Because it mimics our education system of modules and certificates. In Trigram healing, you just become the healer. You are a healer and can attach any kind of meaning you want to it, its about doing good, and personal spiritual evolution, working with energies beyond the physical realm. So its advised to not get too caught up in the ego traps of titles and definitions. For the purpose of conforming to social standards, we can put framed pieces of paper on our walls for "proof", but ultimately the abilites will be judged on effects. In this case, Trigram healing compares favorably.

I was one of the first in youtube to make distance healing videos several years ago, not really making much effort to edit or compose the videos, yet they were quite popular. At some point we all wish to have more ability to reach our goals. Deep down in ourselves we know that we have what it takes, yet sometimes the reaching the goal is foggy, distant, blurred. This hypnosis can really help clean off the windshield. Reaching any goal is a process, and it can always help to break down the steps and look at each step, the attainment of the step, in a way that the step becomes very real. From there, its is like dancing a two-step to make the goal a reality.

Some sessions include an energy healing session, it is the same healing but with different hypnosis patter.
